The video also leads both beginning viewers and experienced martial artists through the basic training phase of Combat Shuai-Chiao, which consists of ancient traditional stances – 13 Tai-Pao. The 13 Tai-Pao stances form the foundation of Shuai-Chiao practice, and the video goes into detail on how to use these ancient stances to strengthen and improve your Shuai-Chiao techniques, as well as how to apply them in combat.
