Each one of these shadow practice forms is accompanied by possible combat applications, shown on an opponent in full speed, and then again in slow motion with careful commentary to further your learning ability. With a constant eye on combat functionality, Master Lin shares a variety of rarely seen sweeps, strikes, throws, and locks with you. As a special feature, Master James Lin demonstrates General Ma Liang’s 24 forms for comparative and historical purposes.
